How do I get my results?

You’ll get an email from sneakpeekresults@sneakpeektest.com with the subject line “Your SneakPeek Result Is In!” With Standard, you'll get the result the day after we receive your sample. With FastTrack, your sample is prioritized at the lab, and you'll get the results the same day we receive your sample. Be sure to check all your folders including Promotions and Junk Mail in case your email filter redirects it, or use your email search tool bar to search for SneakPeek results.
 
I'm having twins. Can SneakPeek tell me both genders?

SneakPeek looks for male DNA in the fetal DNA found in mom's blood sample. In the case of identical twins, if male DNA is found, then both babies are boys. If no male DNA is found, then both babies are girls. For fraternal twins, finding male DNA means at least one baby is a boy, but cannot distinguish if the second is a boy or girl.

Does a prior miscarriage affect my results?

Clinical studies have shown that fetal DNA clears rapidly from the maternal bloodstream, within 1-2 days. Therefore, a miscarriage will not affect your current test results.

How many weeks do I need to be for the test? How Accurate is the test?
 
The SneakPeek Clinical Blood Draw can be done as early as 6 weeks into pregnancy until birth, with 99.9% accuracy.

When is the best time for my ultrasound?

Gender Reveal Ultrasound : 15-20 weeks. You must be a minimum of 15 weeks to book this appointment and for us to provide our gender accuracy guarantee! If you are more than 20 weeks you will book the 4D|HD LIVE Session. This session is best for more developed babies measuring further than 20 weeks and will also provide you with the option to find out the gender with the same accuracy and guarantee.

4D|HD LIVE Session: Anytime after 20 weeks BUT best between 28 -32 weeks gestation. This the the most stunning time to see your baby's developing features and enjoy the 4D experience. The baby is not too small for seeing amazing results and not to big or low enough where we can no longer get you beautiful photos. 

How many People can be in the room?

We are allowing our clients 6 guests to join you for your ultrasound. This means that you can have a group total of 7 including yourself. Children are allowed to be included in your party but they will count for the guest total. 

How and when do we pay for the ultrasound?

You will pay for your ultrasound at the time of your service. We accept credit, debit or cash. Checks will not be accepted for any reason. We have had success with clients using their HSA cards but we DO NOT accept insurance. We are a self-pay service that is not affiliated with your OB so we are unable to bill your insurance for any reason. We recommend bringing a back up for your HSA card option in the event it is not an accepted charge by your employer. You can opt to pre pay for your service by receiving an invoice sent to your email or by purchasing an online gift card. 

Is there a return customer discount?

We offer a $20 OFF coupon for returning clients coming back within the same pregnancy. These coupons will not roll over for return visits in sequential pregnancies. 

What if my baby does not cooperate?

Gender Reveal Guarantee

This policy states that as long as your gestational age measures a minimum of 15 weeks at the time of your gender reveal ultrasound that we will guarantee a gender result with 99% accuracy. If we are unable to obtain the gender on your first visit due to any unforeseen circumstances you will be given the option to book one free re-scan at your convenience or opt for a complete refund. Clients must measure at a minimum of 15 weeks gestation in order to qualify for the gender reveal guarantee.

4D|HD Session Satisfaction 

This session cannot not guarantee the same results for every client. The quality of your 4D images rely on many factors including gestational age, position and fluid levels. If the ultrasound technologist believes you did not receive good quality images during your visit you will be offered one free re-scan however, no refunds will be given. 

How accurate is the gender reveal ultrasound?

Gender Reveal Ultrasound Accuracy

We are proud to have provided our clients with a greater than 99% gender accuracy rate since our opening in 2014. We have had zero reports of an inaccurate gender report from countless of satisfied clients. Clients must measure at a minimum of 15 weeks gestation in order to qualify for the 99% accuracy rate guarantee. If at any time you are given a different gender result from your doctor's office or another outside facility you will be given the opportunity for a free re-scan. In order to qualify for a free re-scan you must have an official written report stating the gender results provided by the outside facility. If at the time of your baby's birth you find that our gender determination has proven INCORRECT you may send us a copy of the baby's birth certificate to receive a FULL REFUND. 

Can we have the baby's gender kept secret for a SEALED REVEAL?

We are happy to put your baby's gender in a sealed envelope for a special reveal at home. in addition to your sealed envelope you will need to provide a secondary email for the digital gender results. This email will be the access point for your online digital gallery and should be linked to the person who may have access to your gender reveal results. The email may be forwarded and shared with you at a later date for you to download your session images and video. 

Do we HAVE to find out the gender to have an ultrasound? What if we are waiting for the birth?

You DO NOT have to find out your baby's gender to have an ultrasound! Our certified staff members are trained to keep your privacy protected. Your baby's gender will not be imaged or documented anywhere in your chart without your permission.
